Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. International shipping is temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19.
For domestic shipping, please allow for 5 business days (Monday - Friday) of processing time. So, if you order a product on Saturday or Sunday, processing time does not begin until Monday. You should receive your order between 2-5 business days after it has been shipped. During sales and promotions, please allow for 7 business days of processing time as orders may be high.
For international shipping, please allow 5 business days (Monday - Friday) of processing time. Generally, you should receive your order between 25 and 30 business days after it has been shipped. Shipping times have been increased due to the effects of COVID-19 including a shortage of postal employees. International shipments may be subject to a customs fee.
If your order states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, please try the following:
Refer to your tracking number and it will state if the package was delivered to a mailbox, receptionist or office. Also, check to see if has been delivered to a neighbor. After these options have been attempted, contact the United States Postal Service in order to inquire about the delivery of your package. You may need to file a lost package claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with your electronic receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days depending on who you bank with or the credit cards time frame for pending credits to post.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
