  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Orders are processed within 5 business (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. So, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, processing time does not begin until Monday. Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your junk, spam or promotions folders. During sales and promotions, please allow for 7 business days of processing time as volume may be high and For international shipping, please allow 5 business days (Monday - Friday) of processing time. Generally, you should receive your order between 25 and 30 business days after it has been shipped. Shipping times have been increased due to the effects of COVID-19 including a shortage of postal employees.
  • How do I contact JOL?
    You can send an email to or complete the contact us form here. Feel free to contact us with any questions and we will make every effort to answer your question within 24 hours.
  • What if my order states it has been delivered but it has not?
    Refer to your tracking number and it will state if the package was delivered to a mailbox, receptionist or office. Also, check to see if has been delivered to a neighbor. After these options have been attempted, contact the United States Postal Service in order to inquire about the delivery of your package. You may need to file a lost package claim.
  • What if I incorrectly entered my address and it was returned to sender?
    We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please email us the correct address and it will be modified if your order is still processing. If you placed an order and it has already been shipped, we will not be able to intercept it. Your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Due to COVID-19 international shipping is temporarily unavailable.
